Wintley Phipps has recorded more than 25 studio albums and has sung for six U.S. presidents. He has been involved in gospel ministry for over 35 years as a singing pastor/evangelist in the Adventist church.
For the last 20 years, a large part of his focus has been on the U.S. Dream Academy, an organization he set up to support the children of people in prison.

The speaker for the Divine Hour service is Dr David Williams.
Dr. David R. Williams is the Norman Professor of Public Health of African and African American Studies at Harvard University. Previously, he was a professor at Yale University and the University of Michigan. He is married to the former Opal Reid, and they are the parents of three daughters, Delia, Alysia, and Shandelle.
