Back in de day cooking…coal pots and three-stone wood cooking. Remember Pathfinder’s cookout. Lots of food from floats, to johnny cake, fish cakes, floats, hot bakes and cocoa tea, law-or-yet tea, bush tea, roasted breadfuit and saltfish, boujon, lentils soup with dumplings, dalpuri, black dumplings (one of my cousins just told me about black dumpling)…local juices (golden apple, sour sop, pumpkin), lots of mangoes to eat, coconut water. A cookout like in pathfinder days, tarpaulins for shelter.
